Terms of Use

By using CommsCrisis (the "Tool") at commscrisis-e2.agen2ic.ai, you agree to the following terms.

What the Tool does

CommsCrisis is a client-side drafting aid. It produces suggested text for incident communications — status page posts, customer emails, engineering notes, and executive summaries — based on facts you enter. The Tool runs entirely in your browser. It does not send email, post to status pages, create Slack messages, update PagerDuty, or perform any network communication. A human always reviews and decides whether to publish, modify, or discard any draft.

Not a legal or compliance product

CommsCrisis is a drafting tool. It is not a legal, regulatory, or compliance product. Drafts are generated deterministically from the facts you provide. They are not reviewed for legal accuracy, regulatory compliance, or contractual obligations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any communication before publishing it.

No warranty

The Tool is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. The operator makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated drafts for any specific purpose. Use of the Tool is entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this Tool disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Tool or from any communication drafted using it. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

No accounts, no storage

The Tool does not create user accounts, store personal information, or retain incident data. All data you enter exists only in your browser during your session and is discarded when you close the page.

No email or notification delivery

The Tool does not send email, SMS, push notifications, or any other form of automated communication. Drafts are displayed as text for you to copy and use at your discretion. No content is transmitted to any recipient by the Tool itself.
